November 11 — With gold, silver still consolidating recent gains, today King World News interviewed Peter Schiff, CEO of Europacific Capital. When asked about rumors of gold sales from Italy and how this might impact the gold market, Schiff responded, “I don’t think there are going to be big gold sales, the Bundesbank has made that clear. It would be a mistake. There would be a lot of other central banks that would be quick to buy Italy’s gold. Then Italy would be in even worse shape because they would have even less gold. So I don’t think that is going to be in the cards.” Read more.
